Milton Jacobs
Founder & President
Milton Jacobs founded MJAKE Security Services after 22 years of law enforcement experience. He served as a Lieutenant for the Newark Police Department, working in robbery, homicide, drug and gang enforcement, multi-agency liaison, and community policing — and was honored by City Council for a 27% reduction in crime.
As President & CEO, Milton leads every business unit at MJAKE, with a focus on operations, account management, customer service, and quality assurance — while staying hands-on in sales, marketing, and strategic planning.
Kareemah Majeedah
Field Operations Leadership
Kareemah Majeedah provides field leadership in promoting safety and security, with direct oversight of security personnel. She is responsible for monitoring the daily operations of security officers and supervisors, managing documentation, and working closely with clients.
Her hands-on management brings a consistently higher level of performance from our staff in the field.

Our management team is made up of experienced professionals, most of them former police supervisors in the City of Newark — the largest municipal police department in New Jersey. Application
Every application is thoroughly reviewed, weighing past experience, employment stability, and special skills before an applicant moves forward.
Interview
Trained personnel interview every candidate using techniques built specifically for the security industry, with final approval from a manager.
Communication Testing
Candidates are tested on reading comprehension and written communication, evaluated again during orientation.
Uniform Presentation
Clients play an active role in uniform selection. We provide free uniforms, including seasonal garments, for a consistently professional appearance.
