Milton Jacobs
is the founder & president of MJAKE Security Services. Milton Jacobs started MJAKE Security after 22 years of law enforcement experience.

Milton served as a Lieutenant for the Newark Police Department in New Jersey . During his time as a Lieutenant he worked in several specialized areas including robbery, homicide, drug and gang enforcement, Multi Agency Liaison and Community Policing. Milton was honored by City-Council for a 27% crime reduction in 2005.

In his role as President & CEO, Milton is responsible for leading and managing all business units throughout the organization. His focus is on operations, account management, customer service, quality assurance, and brand development, but he also has substantial involvement in sales, marketing, public relations, and strategic planning as a result of his broad industry-related experience.


Kareemah Majeedah
provides field leadership in promoting safety, security, and direct oversight of security personnel. Ms Majeedah is responsible for monitoring daily operations of Security Officers and Supervisors. Collecting all documents and working closely with our clients. Ms. Majeedah's management skills effectively bring a higher level of performance from our staff in the field.

Management and Experience

MJAKE Security Services LLC management team consists of experienced professionals who are experts of their respective fields. All of which have combined experience of over 50 years of law enforcement, generally as police supervisors in the city of Newark, which is the largest municipal police department in the state of New Jersey.

Our personnel selection process is intensive. Each step from our application, interview process, and testing is done to ensure employee honesty, stability and effective oral and written communication.

Selection and Screening Process

APPLICATION:
Each application is thoroughly reviewed and evaluated. Consideration is given to past experience, stability in employment, and any special skills indicated by the applicant. Eligibility for work as a security officer is discussed and determination is made if the applicant is suitable to continue the process.

INTERVIEW:
Applicants for employment are interviewed utilizing techniques geared specifically for the security industry. Trained personnel will conduct these interviews followed by a final approval from the responsible manager.

COMMUNICATION SKILL TESTING:
Because of the necessity for effective written and oral communication, candidates for security officer positions are tested in reading comprehension and written exercises, including testing their use of proper grammar, spelling and punctuation. These skills are evaluated during the application and interview phase and again during employee orientation.

UNIFORM PRESENTATION:
We allow our clients an active role in the uniform selection process. MJAKE Security Services offers a variety of apparel to fit your needs. We provide free uniforms to our security guards at no charge and provide garments for seasonal change. This ensures a professional security guard appearance.
